FALL D&D questionnaire

Thank-you for signing up for our 2024 Fall D&D Adventures. We’re busy preparing and can’t wait to meet all of our adventurers!

Please take a few minutes to complete the following questionnaire — this will help us organize our groups and ensure everyone is playing an adventure they haven’t played before. 

We’ll provide everything they need to play: adventure journal, pencils, dice and their own 3D character mini.

Experienced players are encouraged to prepare a level 1 character ahead of class, while new players (and those still learning) will have the option of choosing a pre-made character, or coming to our character workshop 45min before class; 9:15am on Sunday 9/8.
