Summer camp questionnaire

Thank-you for signing up for our 2024 D&D Summer Camp. We’re busy preparing and can’t wait to meet all of our adventurers!

Please take a few minutes to complete the following questionnaire — this will help us tailor our lessons and activities to your child’s experience level, and choose an adventure they haven’t played before. 

A few additional reminders:

  • Students should bring water, snack and lunch every day. *Please no nuts or nut-products, CCLCF is a nut-free facility.
  • We will order pizza on Fridays (please let us know about any dietary information below).
  • Please let us know in the comments if there’s anyone you’d like to be in the same group with.
  • We’ll provide everything else they need: adventure journal, pens & pencils, dice, minis, stickers and more!
